Window Film Installer & Team Leader

AP Corp is one of the fastest-growing window film and graphics companies on the East Coast, and we’re expanding our Maryland operations team with an Experienced Architectural Window Film Installer. About the Role

You’ll be responsible for installing architectural window film on residential and commercial projects — from high-end homes to corporate buildings. We’re especially looking for someone with experience in safety and security film installations (or the desire to master it).

This position isn’t just about film — it’s about ownership. You’ll work closely with our Field Operations Manager and Project Management team, helping ensure every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to AP standards. For the right person, this role is a pathway to leadership within our operations department.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced pro: You’ve installed architectural window film over 3 years — residential and/or commercial.

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with safety and security film, attachment systems, or large-scale glazing.

• Leadership potential: You’re a natural problem solver, calm under pressure, and know how to earn respect through your work ethic and consistency.

• Driven personality: You’re decisive, competitive, and hate leaving a job unfinished.

• Independent operator: You don’t need to be micromanaged — you run your projects with pride.

Must have a minimum 2 year of previous Window Film & Graphics Experience
