Opportunity for an Experienced Sales Professional
We are seeking a proven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. You must have prior success managing a high volume of qualified leads, conducting in-person and virtual sales consultations, and closing projects ranging from $2,000 to $30,000.

This role requires strong discipline, a process-oriented approach, and the ability to independently manage a personal sales pipeline. You will be expected to respond quickly to inquiries, guide clients through technical and design-driven proposals, and close business with professionalism and consistency.

You must be comfortable being held accountable to key performance metrics—activity, pipeline management, and revenue—and have a documented history of achieving $800,000+ in annual sales or $250,000+ per quarter.

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate:

  • Confidence presenting and communicating directly with clients

  • The ability to manage time and priorities without oversight, diligently documenting in CRM

  • Curiosity and consultative thinking—going beyond the initial ask to uncover broader needs

  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail across the sales cycle

  • Motivation to earn, grow, and become a long-term contributor

You should have prior earnings of $80,000+ and the desire to exceed that consistently. This is a quota-carrying role with clear expectations, real coaching, and full visibility into your results.

This is a fast-paced role with significant earning potential. Meeting expectations will require closing approximately 200 deals per year.

Job requirements

An ideal candidates have:

  • Demonstrated experience closing sales of products or services priced between $2,000 and $30,000

  • Proven track record of achieving $800,000+ in annual sales or $250,000+ per quarter

  • Comfortable working under quota pressure and hitting defined performance targets

  • Prior success in a structured sales environment with accountability to KPIs, including call and email activity

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident conducting outbound calls and in-person client meetings

  • Ability to self-manage daily tasks, follow through on leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline

  • Naturally curious with a consultative mindset—able to uncover client needs beyond the initial inquiry

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and consistent in follow-up and client communication

  • Capable of closing approximately 200 deals annually in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

  • Prior earnings of $80,000+ with the motivation and ability to exceed six figures
