Through advertising graphics for commercial vehicles, custom decorative frost for offices, website and digital marketing, and UV printed film or signage substrates, our Graphic Designers are a key component to bringing these concepts to life. This is a full-time, hourly position during our working business hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Graphic Designer Tasks at a Glance:

· Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, develop impacting marketing designs primarily for vehicle advertising graphics, commercial graphics, signage, custom plotted and printed films, and web advertisements

· Monitor your assigned projects to meet or exceed project deadlines

· Consult clients through meetings and telecommunications to design effective advertising solutions for their business

· Document your project progress through our project management software & track hours worked per project

· Follow up with clients that are awaiting design approvals

· Collaborate with the Production team to complete file preparation for print

· Manage multiple designs at once

· Create and execute internal company design projects

· Meet regularly with the Design & Production Manager to establish daily goals, collaborate solutions to sudden changes in workflow, and to evolve the design process within the department

· Organize project folders

· Maintain a clean work area

· Continue to self-improve

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour 

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs with an emphasis in Photoshop & Illustrator

• Preference will be given for candidates with Bachelor's degrees, Associate's degrees, Adobe certifications, as well as previous design, web development, and print/production experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent eye for detail
