AP | Solar Tint is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Join our growing team at Solar Tint Miami, a leading provider of window film solutions for residential, commercial, and automotive clients. We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the welcoming face and voice of our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Miami-based customers via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Provide professional and friendly assistance about our auto services and window film products.

  • Address inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and a customer-first attitude.

Inbound Inquiry Management

  • Answer incoming calls ensuring all customers feel like a top priority.

  • Gather detailed information and accurately input it into our CRM system.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate customer records according to company standards.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of window film samples, presentation folders, and other sales supplies.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to reorder materials and track shipments.

  • Manage the customer sample request process from initial inquiry through final delivery, ensuring precision and promptness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
