Our Miami team is thriving, and we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Window Film Installer who’s hungry to win, loves the grind, and takes pride in delivering flawless work.

This role reports directly to our Miami Shop Manager and is designed for someone who thrives on speed, precision, and personal accountability. If you’re driven, disciplined, and competitive by nature, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Install automotive window film with speed and precision (multiple vehicles per day).

• Support with vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps when needed.

• Deliver exceptional quality every time — our reputation depends on it.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated

• Mechanically inclined.

• Knowledge of power and hand tools

• Ability to lift/carry heavy objects.

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Attention to detail and an eye for consistency.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary.

• Dependability, professionalism, and goal orientation.

• A can-do attitude.

Experience:

• Window Film Installation: +2 Years (Required) 

• Vehicle Wrapping: +1 years (Preferred)

Must have a minimum 2 year of previous Window Film & Graphics Experience
